The AP1112 is a linear, low current power amplifier in ISM band utilizing InGaP/GaAs HBT process. The AP1112 is well suitable to be used for portable, low current WLAN, BT (Bluetooth) Class1 EDR and all other 2.4GHz applications.
AP1112 is packaged in 1.5x1.5X0.4 compact profile.
