The AP1058 is a linear, low current power amplifier utilizing InGaP/GaAs HBT process. It features low current consumption, high gain, and a linear power over 2 2 dBm under a 3.3V collector bias. The AP1058 is housed in a 3 x 3 (mm), 16- pin, QFN leadless package. It is suitable for PHS handset and other wireless system applications in the frequency band.
