AP1061 is a Power Amplifier Module for dual mode AMPS/CDMA cellular handset applications at 450-460MHz frequency band. The MMIC is manufactured on an advanced InGaP HBT technology and offers high linearity, high efficiency and stable reliability performance. It is packaged by 7-pin surface mount module and self-contained with input and output matching networks in a 50 W system to minimize the use of external components .
