The AP1062 Power Amplifier Module (PAM) is developed for CDMA2000 handsets and Wireless Local Loop applications at 450-460MHz frequency band. The MMIC is manufactured on an advanced InGaP HBT technology and offers high linearity, high efficiency and stable reliability performance. It is packaged by 10-pin surface mount module and self-contained with input and output matching networks in a 50 system to minimize the use of external components.
