AP8054 is a power amplifier (PA) developed for TD-SCDMA application. The PA meets the stringent spectral linearity requirements of TD-S CDMA transmission with high transducer power gain and good PAE 40% at 2 8 dBm output power. Selectable bias modes optimize efficiency for different output power levels. The PA is housed in a 3 mm x 3 mm, 16 pin, quad flat no-lead (QFN) package.
