AN5910

The AN5910 is a general purpose low noise amplifier (LNA) that operates in the 900 MHz to 2500 MHz frequency range. The device incorporates on-chip in/output matching circuitries and is fabricated with GaAs PHEMT process. Its ultra low noise, 1dB @ 2.4-2.5 GHz, together with the low current consumption, small form factor and low cost makes it a versatile device ideally suited for WLAN, BT, GPS, IoT as well as many other wireless applications.

The AN5910 is provided in a 1.5x1.5 mm, 6 pin DFN(Dual Flat No-lead) package.

Key Features
  • Broad frequency range: 900-2500 MHz
  • Ultra low noise: typical 1 dB @ 2.4- 2.5 GHz
  • Low current consumption: 12 mA (Supply Voltage=3.3V)
  • OP1dB=6 dBm
  • On-chip matching

AN5405

The AN5405 is a general purpose low noise amplifier (LNA) that operates in the 2.4-2.5 GHz frequency range. The device incorporates on-chip in/output matching circuitries and is fabricated with GaAs PHEMT process. Its ultra low noise, 1dB @ 2.4-2.5 GHz, together with the low current consumption, small form factor and low cost makes it a versatile device ideally suited for WLAN, BT as well as many other wireless applications.

The AN5405 is provided in a 1.5x1.5 mm, 6 pin DFN(Dual Flat No-lead) package.

Key Features
