AP3013H is a linear, three-stage power amplifier MMIC with super high output power in 2.3-2.7GHz band utilizing InGaP/GaAs HBT process. With the excellent linearity performance, the device delivers 28dBm output power under 54Mbps OFDM (IEEE802.11g) modulation, with less than 3% EVM at 5V; and more than 32dBm output power while meeting 802.11b spectrum mask. The PA also includes on-chip power detector, providing a DC voltage proportional to the output power of device.
