AP3211 is a linear, three-stages power amplifier MMIC module with super high output power in 2.3-2.5GHz band utilizing InGaP/GaAs HBT process. With the excellent linearity performance, the device delivers 22dBm output power under 54Mbps OFDM (IEEE802.11g) modulation, with 3% EVM at 3.3V. The PAM also includes on-chip power detector, providing a DC voltage proportional to the output power of device. It is packaged in a 10-pin surface mount module(4x4mm) and self-contained with input and output matching networks optimized for 50? system to minimize the use of external components.
