AP2010C is a DUAL BAND power amplifier in 2.4GHz and 5GHz band utilizing InGaP/GaAs HBT process.

At 2.4GHz (Low Band, LB), AP2010C features a ultra low current at 60mA , gain of 25 dB, linear power of 18dBm for 802.11g under 3.3V.

At 5GHz (High Band, HB), it features current at 190mA, high gain of 30 dB, linear power of 18dBm for 802.11a under 3.3V. It is housed in a 4 x 4 (mm), 24-pin, QFN leadless package.
