AP1215 is a linear, three-stage power amplifier MMIC in 1.88-1.92GHz band utilizing InGaP/GaAs HBT process. With the excellent linearity performance, the device delivers 20.5dBm output power based on PHS system requirement. The PA also includes on-chip switch and can accommodate a diversity antenna for receiver.
The AP1215 is housed in a 3 x 3(mm), 16 pin, QFN leadless package.
