The AT7650 is a highly integrated single chip transceiver IC
designed for 1.9GHz PHS handset applications. It has fully
integrated receiving and transmitting paths, VCO and dual
band frequency synthesis, and base-band/control interface.
The function blocks in the transceiver include RF LNA, RF
down conversion mixer, 2nd mixer, limiting amplifier, Receiver
Signal Strength Indicator(RSSI), Band-gap voltage reference,
3-wire input programmable frequency synthesizers, dualband
VCOs(1.6GHz and 466MHz), Quadrature modulator, TX
AGC(Automatic Gain Control), up-converter and PA
driver(Pre-Amplifier).
