The AL7950 is a monolithic integrated circuit that
performs both IF and RF synthesis for wireless
communications applications. The AL7950 includes 2
VCOs, reference and VCO dividers, phase detectors
and charge pump. Divider ratio and power down
settings are programmable through a three-wire serial
interface.
