The AP1114 is a linear, low current power amplifier in ISM band utilizing InGaP/GaAs HBT process. The AP1114 is well suitable to be used for portable, low current WLAN, BT (Bluetooth) Class1 EDR and all other 2.4GHz applications. AP1114 is packaged in 2x2X0.4 compact profile.
