| The AP1291 is a linear, low current power amplifier in ISM band utilizing InGaP /GaAs HBT process. It features a low current of 120mA, power gain of 28 dB, high linear power of 20dBm and PAE of 25.5% for 802.11g under 3.3V. AP1291 has input and output matching on chip, and only 6 total components are needs externally. The AP1291 is housed in a 3 x 3 (mm), 16-pin, QFN leadless package. The AP1291 is suitable to be used in 802.11b/g WLAN and other 2.4GHz applications.
