EPM2426 is a new product belonging to RFIC's EPM family. It's a three-stage power amplifier with high output power in 2.4-2.5GHz band utilizing InGaP/GaAs HBT process. With excellent linearity performance, the device delivers 26dBm output power and 2.5% EVM at 4.5V under 54Mbps OFDM (IEEE802.11g) modulation, and 28dBm output power meeting 802.11b spectrum mask respectively. Products in EPM family integrate input matching, output matching and partial RF choke on chip. It offers the users good balance in performance and cost. EPM2426 is housed in a 16 pin 4X4 (mm 2 ) QFN leadless package.
